In 2018, Temple returned to Nottinghamshire as the club's commercial director, steadily building a reputation for strategic growth and deep institutional knowledge before stepping up as interim chief executive. Leadership Confidence and Future AmbitionsNotts Chairman Andy Hunt expressed full confidence in Temple's capability to lead the organization forward. Highlighting Temple's proven track record, Hunt noted that the new chief executive has consistently demonstrated total commitment to Nottinghamshire and provided assured leadership during his time as interim CEO. Hunt emphasized that Temple uniquely combines an intimate understanding of what the club means to its members and supporters with sharp commercial acumen, operational experience, and a bold vision for the future.
