Delete your Cricdope account and data
This page applies to Cricdope - Cricket Prediction, published by Adarvibs OPC Pvt Ltd.
How to request deletion
- Use the email address linked to your Cricdope account.
- Email support@cricdope.com with the subject Cricdope Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address or mobile number so we can identify the account.
- After ownership verification, we will process the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Never send your password, OTP, Google Play purchase token, or complete payment details.
Request account deletionData that will be deleted
- Account profile, including name, username, email address, mobile number, and profile image.
- Login sessions, device identifiers, and push notification tokens associated with the account.
- Saved preferences, feedback, and other account-linked app activity.
- Cricdope subscription access and account entitlement records after deletion is completed.
Data that may be retained
- Payment, order, tax, and transaction records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
- Security and support records where retention is required to resolve disputes or prevent abuse.
- Encrypted backups for up to 90 days until they are removed through the normal backup rotation cycle.
Retained records are not used to keep the deleted account active.
Important information
Deleting your Cricdope account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in Google Play before requesting account deletion.
To delete only specific account data without deleting the full account, email the same address and clearly describe the data you want removed.
